Death of Schlig is a comic science fiction pastiche — science fiction in the sense of Futurama, that is, not in the sense of Kim Stanley Robinson.
The Guardian is a fantasy story with very little puzzle content and lyrical writing, taking probably less than half an hour to play through completely. Feelies and music are included.
Sentencing Mr Liddell is a surreal story about domestic unhappiness, with a touch of Alice in Wonderland flavoring.
Last Day of Summer is a very short, very easy atmospheric puzzle game set in a somewhat ambiguously pre-modern time.
Tenth Plague retells the last Biblical plague of the Egyptians, the one in which the firstborn sons were killed. This is essentially a work of horror. Because so much of the game’s point is really about its starting premise, any discussion may be considered spoilery; if you like to play a game fresh, it’s worth trying this one before reading much about it.
