“IntroComp” is a yearly competition to which authors submit the introductions to works of IF they plan to complete and release later. Here are my comments on the entries for 2006.
Posted a review of the independent game The Witch’s Yarn at IF-Review. The Witch’s Yarn is not exactly conventional text-based IF, but its author describes it as interactive fiction, and it does tackle some interesting problems in interface, social interaction in games, and plot construction.
Posted a review of Brendan Desilet’s The Enterprise Incidents over at IF-Review.
Posted a review of Robb Sherwin’s Necrotic Drift at IF-Review.
My review of Roberto Grassi’s The Last Hour is now posted at IF-Review.
My review of J. J. Guest’s To Hell in a Hamper is now available on IF-Review.
